Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help customers locate products and answer their queries.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and properly displayed.
• Monitor product availability and replenish stock as needed.
• Operate the billing/POS counter accurately (if assigned).
• Handle cash, digital payments, and issue bills/receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store.
• Check product expiry dates and remove damaged or expired items.
• Support inventory counting and stock management activities.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and customer service guidelines.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or Graduate.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle store activities.
