Job Description
We are looking for a Telesales Representative with good communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to make successful lead conversion.
Job Responsibilities
As a Tele Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
• Conducting outbound calls to potential clients and customers to promote our products and services.
• Managing and nurturing leads through follow-up calls and emails.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales in our CRM system.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries or concerns.
