Field Recruiter

Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Recruiter to source, attract, and hire candidates for frontline and blue-collar roles. The ideal candidate will conduct field recruitment drives, build local talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely closures while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through field visits, job fairs, placement agencies, colleges, NGOs, and local networks.
• Conduct recruitment drives in assigned locations.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate databases.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets.
• Build relationships with local communities, training institutes, and referral partners.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and documentation requirements.
• Assist in onboarding activities when required.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in field recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Experience hiring frontline, blue-collar, or volume hiring roles is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.

• Negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
• Knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing methods.
• Basic MS Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
