Job Description
Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive
Company: Ashirwad Properties
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
Position: Digital Marketing Executive (Full-Time)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business).
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, and marketing content.
- Run and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate and manage online leads for real estate projects.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports.
- Update the company website and digital listings.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of digital marketing experience (Real Estate preferred).
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Canva, and MS Office.
- Creative mindset with good communication skills.
- Basic photo/video editing skills will be an added advantage.
Other Instructions:
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates from Ranchi or nearby locations will be given preference.
- Please bring an updated resume and 2 passport-size photographs for the interview.
- Carry original documents for verification (if shortlisted).
