Job Description
Role: Service Hero (Field Technician)
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit customer locations on a daily basis.
- Clean solar panels (this is the major part of the job).
- Perform basic inspection and preventive maintenance.
- Update service status through the mobile application.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality service.
Job Requirements:
- Own bike and valid driving license are mandatory.
- Comfortable with daily travel and outdoor field work.
- Comfortable with physical work, especially cleaning solar panels.
- Basic smartphone knowledge.
- Willing to join immediately or within the required timeline.
Work Nature:
This is a field-based role, where cleaning solar panels and traveling to multiple customer sites are the primary responsibilities. Candidates should be comfortable with both aspects before proceeding with the interview.
