Visa Counsellor

We are looking for a Visa Counselor to join our team at NextGen Visa Consultants. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling visa inquiries, counseling clients, and guiding them through the visa application process.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel clients regarding tourist, student, and visitor visa options.

Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.

Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa solutions.

Guide clients on documentation and application requirements.

Assist with visa application forms and appointment scheduling.

Follow up with prospective clients and maintain customer relationships.

Coordinate with the operations team for smooth processing.

Maintain accurate client records in the CRM.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Visa Counselor or in a similar role (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of USA, UK, Schengen, Australia, and Canada visa processes is preferred.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Ability to handle multiple clients efficiently.

Location: Munirka, New Delhi

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
