Position: Senior Telecaller – Business Development
Department: Business Development – Power Trading & Open Access
Location: RT NAGAR, Bengaluru

About the Company : Energy advisory services pvt ltd, We are a fast-growing organization in the Power Trading and Renewable Energy sector, providing innovative energy solutions, including Open Access Power, Green Energy, Captive Power, Group Captive, and Renewable Energy solutions to Commercial & Industrial (C&I) consumers across India.
Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Senior Telecaller to support our Business Development team by generating qualified business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, explaining our energy solutions, coordinating meetings, and supporting the sales process. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, analytical, and commercial skills with experience in B2B sales support.
Key Responsibilities :
Generate qualified B2B leads through outbound calling, cold calling, and follow-up activities.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers such as Managing Directors, CEOs, Plant Heads, Factory Managers, Purchase Heads, Procurement Managers, Energy Managers, and Finance Heads.
- Introduce and explain the benefits of Open Access Power, Power Trading, Renewable Energy, Green Power, Captive and Group Captive Power solutions.
- Qualify prospects and schedule virtual or in-person meetings for the Business Development team.
- Prepare and explain commercial quotations, savings proposals, and cost analysis sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely sharing of proposals and customer information.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and follow-up schedules.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through consistent communication.
- Achieve lead generation, appointment setting, and business development targets.
- Experience Required Minimum 3 years of experience in Tele calling, Inside Sales, Business Development Support, or B2B Tele Sales.
- Candidates with experience in the following industries will be preferred:
- Power Trading
- Insurance sales
- Banking and Financial Services
- Renewable Energy sales
- Solar Energy sales
- Power/Energy Sector
- Electrical or Industrial Equipment Sales
- B2B Sales
- Banking & Financial Services (Corporate Sales)
Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Essential Skills :
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with CXOs, senior decision-makers, and B2B customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM tools, with the ability to prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and cost analysis sheets.
- Basic understanding of renewable energy, especially solar and wind energy; knowledge of the electricity distribution sector is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and adaptable to a target-driven B2B sales environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills with a proactive approach.
Language Skills :Candidates fluent in English and one or more of the following languages will be preferred:
- Telugu
- Tamil
- Kannada
- Marathi
- Hindi
Preferred Candidate :
- Profile Strong experience in B2B lead generation and appointment setting.
- Ability to understand commercial discussions and customer requirements.
- Excellent coordination skills with sales and business development teams.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Professional, customer-focused, and committed to achieving business goals.
