Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into customers through outbound and inbound calls.
- Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly.
- Generate sales by converting leads into paying customers.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for successful client onboarding.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
