Job Description & Responsibilities

​Happi Decors is seeking a sharp, highly professional Studio Experience Executive. You will be the face of our luxury design studio and the first point of contact for all potential clients. Your core mission is to manage the studio, welcome walk-ins, and qualify inbound leads to protect our design team's schedule.

​Welcome high-net-worth clients visiting the studio and provide an engaging walkthrough of our setups.

​Handle incoming calls, social media messages, and digital leads for Happi Decors and Satyaa Homes.

​Qualify leads based on pre-set criteria (budget, timeline, location) before scheduling design consultations.

​Maintain the premium aesthetic, organization, and daily operations of the studio.

​Manage basic CRM systems, coordinate client calendars, and handle administrative paperwork.

​Key Candidate Requirements

​Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

​Pleasing personality with professional front-office etiquette.

​Prior experience in customer-facing roles, luxury retail, hospitality, or real estate front-desk operations.

​Basic tech proficiency in managing Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM software.

​Highly organized, proactive, and capable of operating independently.
