Role OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic Female Telecallers / Student Counsellors who are passionate about guiding students and communicating effectively in multiple South Indian languages. If you have strong convincing skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow, we’d love to meet you!
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Provide detailed information about universities, courses, and admission procedures.
- Maintain follow-ups and build strong relationships with potential students.
- Assist with counselling and lead conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams for admission processing and documentation.
- Language Combinations (Both Preferred):Tamil + English
- Tamil + English
- Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counselling ability.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or education sector preferred.
