Position SummaryThe Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, increasing sales revenue, and promoting the company's packaging products in domestic and international markets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSales ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new customers in the packaging, beverage, pharmaceutical, FMCG, cosmetics, and industrial sectors.
- Generate inquiries and convert leads into sales orders.
- Conduct customer visits and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with accounts.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor customer requirements and market trends.
- Marketing ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
- Manage company website, social media, and digital marketing activities.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.
- Coordinate participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Generate content for LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, website blogs, and email campaigns.
- Promote sustainable packaging products and new product launches.
- Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain customer database and sales records.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with production and quality teams for resolution.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in packaging, plastics, FMCG, or manufacturing industries.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes.
- Digital marketing and social media management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Good presentation and reporting skills.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly sales revenue achieved.
- Number of new customers acquired.
- Customer retention rate.
- Inquiry-to-order conversion ratio.
- Collection of outstanding payments.
- Marketing campaign performance.
- Website and social media engagement growth.
- Salary Range₹18,000 to 25,000 per month (depending on experience) + Incentives based on sales performance.
- Reporting ToDirector / Business Development Manager
Growth Path: Sales & Marketing Executive → Senior Executive → Assistant Manager → Sales & Marketing Manager → Business Development Head.
