Sales / Business Development Intern Responsibilities-
● Initiate engagement with prospective students via multiple channels (telephone,email, webinars) to ascertain their academic goals and needs.
● Provide comprehensive information regarding our EdTech products and services, illustrating how these solutions can assist in achieving students' educational
aspirations.
● Coordinate and maintain a healthy relationship with B2C.
● Work quickly to address and resolve any issues or concerns.
● Help promote and maintain a positive company image.
● Cultivate and sustain relationships with prospective students, ensuring timely
follow-ups to address any inquiries or concerns.
● Monitor and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and enrollment
figures.
● Encourage high sales and good customer service practices
Basic Qualifications-
● Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field from an accredited college or university.
● 0-6 months of experience in the B2C Sales division.
● Experience in the EdTech industry is a strong plus.
● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
● Proficiency in Google Business Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc).
Preferred Qualifications-
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain
relationships.
● Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze and solve problems quickly.
● Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage multiple responsibilities at one
time.
