रिटेल काउंटर एवं कस्टमर सर्विस एग्जीक्यूटिव

विभाग: रिटेल स्टोर संचालन

कार्य का उद्देश्य

रिटेल काउंटर पर ग्राहकों को उत्कृष्ट सेवा प्रदान करना, ऑर्डर लेना, बिलिंग करना, गोदाम टीम से समन्वय स्थापित करना तथा सही उत्पाद की समय पर डिलीवरी सुनिश्चित करना। यह भूमिका ग्राहक संतुष्टि, त्रुटिरहित बिलिंग और सुचारू स्टोर संचालन के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

  • रिटेल काउंटर पर ग्राहकों को प्रोफेशनल एवं विनम्र सेवा देना।
  • ग्राहकों की आवश्यकता समझकर सही उत्पाद की जानकारी देना।
  • ऑर्डर लेना, बिल/ऑर्डर स्लिप तैयार करना तथा गोदाम टीम से समन्वय करना।
  • बिलिंग से पहले माल की जांच करना और सही ऑर्डर ग्राहक को सौंपना।
  • इनवॉइस एवं रिकॉर्ड को व्यवस्थित रखना।
  • हेल्पर एवं गोदाम स्टाफ के साथ बेहतर समन्वय बनाए रखना।
  • स्टोर डिस्प्ले, साफ-सफाई एवं अनुशासन बनाए रखना।

आवश्यक योग्यताएँ एवं कौशल

  • अच्छे कम्युनिकेशन एवं ग्राहक सेवा कौशल
  • साफ लिखावट एवं बेसिक बिलिंग ज्ञान
  • गणित एवं हिसाब-किताब में अच्छी समझ
  • मल्टीटास्किंग एवं दबाव में कार्य करने की क्षमता
  • जिम्मेदार, अनुशासित एवं टीम के साथ कार्य करने वाला व्यक्तित्व
  • रिटेल/टेक्सटाइल/धागा स्टोर का अनुभव वरीयता प्राप्त

कार्य समय एवं वेतन

  • समय: सुबह 9:30 बजे से रात 8:30 बजे तक (या स्टोर बंद होने तक)
  • साप्ताहिक अवकाश: रविवार
  • वेतन: ₹18000 - 20000 प्रति माह
  • सुविधाएँ: रविवार कार्य पर अतिरिक्त वेतन, ओवरटाइम, पूर्ण उपस्थिति पर 1 दिन का अतिरिक्त वेतन (Attendance Bonus)
