Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Automobile Sales Executive to join our team at our authorized Bajaj two-wheeler showroom. In this role, you will be the face of the dealership, guiding walk-in customers through our latest lineup of two-wheelers and electric vehicles (EVs). Your primary focus will be understanding customer needs, presenting the features and benefits of our vehicles, and driving sales to meet monthly targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in customers to the showroom warmly and professionally.
  • Product Demonstration: Clearly explain vehicle specifications, performance metrics, and technological features (including EV benefits like range, charging, and savings).
  • Sales Conversion: Guide customers through the entire purchase cycle, from the initial inquiry and test rides to booking and final vehicle delivery.
  • Finance & Documentation Support: Assist customers with retail finance options, documentation requirements, insurance, and registration processes.
  • Follow-Ups: Actively follow up on showroom walk-ins and digital leads via calls and messages to maximize conversion rates.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Market Awareness: Keep up-to-date with competitive two-wheeler brands, market trends, and product updates.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer handling, convincing, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of two-wheelers, EV technology, and the local automobile market.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong drive to close sales.
  • Ability to work smoothly in a team environment.
