Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and professional Telecaller to connect with home loan freelancers, builders, builder-office sales executives and other channel partners. This is a business-to-business calling role and does not involve calling retail customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call home loan freelancers, builders and builder-office salespersons.

• Introduce Finbridge Consulting Services Private Limited and explain our DSA profile.

• Explain the banks and financial institutions associated with us.

• Brief channel partners about our home loan products, services and file-processing support.

• Explain our referral process, service models and payout structure.

• Inform associates about same-day payout or applicable payout timelines.

• Explain the types of loan proposals and property profiles handled by our team.

• Encourage freelancers and builder sales teams to refer eligible loan customers.

• Follow up regularly with interested associates and maintain good business relationships.

• Collect basic lead details and coordinate with the sales and operations teams.

• Maintain daily calling, follow-up and lead-status records in Excel or CRM.

• Achieve daily and monthly associate onboarding and lead-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English is preferred.

• Confident, polite and professional telephone communication.

• Ability to explain services and payout details clearly.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

• Experience in telecalling, home loans, banking, real estate or builder coordination is preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

• Product and process training will be provided.
