Sales Executive

Job Description We are seeking a motivated and confident Real Estate Telecaller to connect with prospective customers, generate quality leads, explain project details, and coordinate with client for site visits. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities·  

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

·      Explain real estate projects, pricing, amenities, and ongoing offers.

·      Generate and qualify leads through effective telecalling.

·      Schedule site visits and appointments for interested customers.

·      Follow up regularly with prospective clients to maximize conversions.

·      Maintain accurate customer records and update call details in the CRM/database.

·      Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and customer follow-up.

·      Submit a daily work report to the assigned reporting manager, including call activity, lead status, follow-ups, and daily achievements.

·      Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

·      Perform any additional work assigned by the reporting manager related to business development and customer engagement.
