Job SummaryWe are looking for a Telecaller who can make outbound calls, explain job opportunities to candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain regular follow-ups. The candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.

• ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to candidates from the provided database.
• Inform candidates about available job openings.
• Screen candidates based on basic eligibility criteria.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with the recruitment team.
• Maintain daily call records and update candidate status.
• Follow up with interested candidates until joining.
• Handle candidate queries professionally.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Experience in telecalling, recruitment, or customer service preferred.
