Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on sales leads.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales and documentation teams for booking and agreement processes.
- Stay updated on project information, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns as required.
