Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Medical Outreach & Relationship Management: Maintain a consistent field presence by visiting 10–15 clinics/doctors daily to foster long-term professional relationships and increase referral volume.

Business Development: Proactively identify and secure 3–5 new doctor or clinic partnerships every week to expand our referral network.

Community Engagement: Lead promotional campaigns for health packages within high-potential residential areas, including apartments and gated communities.

Event Coordination: Plan and execute 10 health camps per month, ensuring seamless operations, patient engagement, and effective conversion of camp attendees into long-term clients.

Revenue Generation: Drive consistent business growth by achieving a minimum of ₹1–1.5 lakh in additional monthly billing through effective promotion and service conversion.

Reporting: Track daily field activities, lead conversion rates, and revenue progress to ensure alignment with organizational sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
• Communication & Networking: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with healthcare professionals and community residents.
• Strategic Planning: Strong organizational skills to manage daily field visits, camp logistics, and lead follow-ups simultaneously.
• Resilience & Drive: A self-starter attitude with the persistence to handle field challenges and consistently hit revenue milestones.
• Local Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the local medical landscape and residential demographics is highly preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
