Senior Account Manager

Financial Accounting

Manage day-to-day accounting activities in accordance with Accounting Standards.

Finalize monthly books of accounts.

Prepare Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and General Ledger.

Bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation.

Maintain fixed asset register.

Accounts Receivable (Collection)

Monitor customer outstanding receivables.

Track aging reports (0–30, 31–60, 61–90 & Above 90 Days).

Coordinate with Sales & Collection Team for timely payment follow-up.

Prepare daily collection MIS.

Ensure debtor days remain within company targets.

Manage customer credit limits and payment terms.

Accounts Payable

Verify vendor invoices.

Match Purchase Orders, GRN, and invoices.

Schedule vendor payments.

Maintain vendor reconciliation statements.

Ensure timely payment without affecting working capital.

Cash Flow Management

Prepare Daily Cash Flow Report.

Weekly & Monthly Cash Flow Forecast.

Monitor fund utilization.

Coordinate with management for payment planning.

Maintain healthy working capital.

Inventory Accounting

Reconcile physical inventory with Zoho Inventory.

Monitor inventory valuation.

Track slow-moving and non-moving inventory.

Coordinate with Stores and Purchase teams.

Verify stock adjustments and inventory controls.

Purchase Coordination

Verify purchase bills with PO.

Coordinate with Purchase Department.

Maintain purchase cost records.

Monitor advance payments and vendor balances.

GST & Statutory Compliance

Prepare and reconcile:

GSTR-1

GSTR-3B

GSTR-2B

GST reconciliation.

TDS deduction & return filing support.

Support Income Tax and Statutory Audits.

Coordinate with CA for annual compliance.

Banking & Finance

Banking transactions.

Payment processing.

Cheque, RTGS, NEFT, IMPS management.

LC/BG documentation (preferred).

Loan documentation support.

MIS & Reporting

Prepare and submit:

Daily Cash Flow Report

Daily Collection Report

Accounts Receivable Aging

Accounts Payable Aging

Inventory Report

Outstanding Report

Monthly Financial MIS

Budget vs Actual Report

Working Capital Report

Profitability Analysis

Internal Controls

Ensure financial discipline.

Improve accounting processes.

Implement SOPs.

Strengthen internal financial controls.

Support ERP process improvements.

Required Technical Skills
