Job Description
A Telesales Executive is a sales professional who sells products or services over the phone, and sometimes through email or messaging platforms.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Calling potential or existing customers.
- Explaining products or services and answering questions.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Persuading customers to make a purchase or book a service.
- Following up on leads and maintaining customer relationships.
- Recording customer interactions in a CRM or database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.
