Guest Relations Executive (Female)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests professionally.
• Assist customers in finding suitable seating.
• Visit tables during meals to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints politely.
• Coordinate with service staff to resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Encourage satisfied customers to share Google reviews and feedback.
• Assist in maintaining customer records, birthdays, anniversaries, and loyalty program data.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards in customer-facing areas.
• Support management in improving guest experience and service quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidate preferred.
• Age: 22–35 years.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Punjabi and Hindi.
• Basic English speaking ability preferred.
• Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
• Experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, front office, or customer service will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
