Job Description
Hiring: Backend Executive (Education Industry)
Location: Mohali
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage student records and database updates.
- Handle backend administrative operations.
- Coordinate with students regarding admissions, documentation, and course-related queries.
- Conduct follow-up calls with prospective and existing students.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications.
- Support the admissions and student services team.
- Prepare reports and maintain MIS data.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to handle student queries professionally.
- Prior experience in education, counseling, telecalling, or backend operations will be preferred.
Salary:
As per experience and interview performance.
