Job Description
We are currently looking to hire enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of *Electrical Engineer* and would like to explore the possibility of conducting a placement drive at your college.
Position Details:
Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: Ahmednagar, Maharashtra
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
Compensation: Upto 45,000 per month
(Exceptional candidates may be offered a higher compensation package based on their skills, interview performance and academic records)
Key Responsibilities:
Design and engineering of rooftop and ground-mounted Solar PV projects.
Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical documentation, and project presentations.
Conducting site surveys and feasibility assessments.
Supporting project installation, commissioning, and execution activities.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and quality standards.
✅ Knowledge of site handling & manpower coordination
✅ MMS, module, DC/AC work understanding preferred
✅ Immediate joining preferred
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Fundamental understanding of Solar PV systems and renewable energy technologies.
Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design software.
Understanding of HT (High Tension) and LT (Low Tension) electrical systems.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
