Job Description

Telecaller – Real Estate Sales

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to connect with prospective customers and promote residential properties. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, scheduling site visits, following up with prospects, and assisting the sales team in closing property deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential buyers.
  • Explain property features, pricing, and project details.
  • Generate and qualify leads.
  • Schedule site visits and follow up with prospects.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
  • Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and persuasion skills.
  • Experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate sales preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary: As per experience + Attractive Incentives.
