Job Description
- Salary Management:
- Prepare and manage the salary sheet for all labor staff, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Maintain records of attendance, leaves, and overtime calculations.
- Expense Tracking:
- Monitor and record site expenses related to labor and materials.
- Process payments for site materials and labor services, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Banking Responsibilities:
- Handle bank-related activities, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely processing of payments and financial transactions.
- Software Proficiency:
- Utilize accounting software (Tally, Busy) for maintaining financial records and reporting.
- Generate reports and statements as needed for management review.
- Audit Management:
- Prepare and maintain audit reports, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain delivery challans for materials dispatched to the site.
- Enter GST-related data into the GST portal, including Form 3B submissions and E-Way Bill generation.
- Site Visits:
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor financial activities, assess compliance, and engage with site management and labor.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support project budgeting.
- Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction or labor-intensive industry.
- Proficient in Tally and Busy accounting software.
- Strong understanding of GST regulations, payroll processes, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proffesional in email writings and reply to the client on time
- Able to file GST R1, 3B And maintain reconciliation of GST inputs and records
- TDS deduction and TDS Filing
- Eway Bill
- Negotiation with vendors and adjustment and rate affix skills
