Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Customer Care Executive to provide excellent service to our chit fund subscribers. The candidate will handle customer inquiries, explain chit schemes, assist with documentation, resolve complaints, and ensure timely follow-up to maintain strong customer relationships. Customer care roles typically focus on communication, issue resolution, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Explain chit fund schemes, payment schedules, auction procedures, and company policies to customers.
• Assist customers with new enrollments, KYC documentation, and account updates.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly.
• Send reminders for monthly installment payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the company system.
• Coordinate with the accounts, collections, and branch teams for customer requests.
• Support customers during chit auctions and prize claim procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable chit fund regulations.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports.
