Job Description

Hiring: Sales Manager (Real Estate)📍 Location: Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza, Greater Noida West

🏢 Company: GrowMax India Realtors

💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 + Incentives up to ₹20,000+

  • Key Responsibilities:Calling and handling fresh leads.
  • Converting leads into site visits and bookings.
  • Closing clients independently and supporting team closures.
  • Managing follow-ups and client relationships.
  • Assisting in team management and achieving sales targets.
  • Requirements:2+ years of sales experience (Real Estate preferred).
  • Strong communication and closing skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Team handling experience will be an advantage.
