Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and manage a sales team, drive business growth, and achieve assigned targets. The role involves team recruitment, training, performance management, and business development while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Relationship Managers.

Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of business targets.

Recruit, train, and develop team members to improve productivity.

Monitor daily sales activities and provide coaching to the team.

Develop and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, and DSAs.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Prepare MIS reports and track team performance metrics.

Identify market opportunities and implement sales strategies.

Requirements

Graduate/MBA preferred.

3–8 years of experience in BFSI sales with team handling experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Experience in Loans, Insurance, Investments, or Financial Products preferred.

Salary

₹5 LPA – ₹7.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives + Team Performance Bonus
