🔑 Role OverviewWe are seeking a telesales executive to drive sales of industrial machinery and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with manufacturing/industrial clients, and converting inquiries into sales through effective telecalling and relationship building.

• 📋 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential industrial clients (factories, workshops, distributors).
• Explain machinery features, specifications, and benefits in a clear, technical manner.
• Identify client requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Coordinate with field sales engineers for demonstrations and site visits.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve client queries.
• Report daily call activities and pipeline progress to management.
• 🎯 Candidate RequirementsQualification: Diploma/Graduate in Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
• Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Prior telesales/telecalling experience in industrial products or B2B sales preferred.
• Ability to understand technical specifications of machinery.
• Confident, target-driven, and customer-focused personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry).
• 💰 Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
