About ShakkrShakkr is a premium sweets, savouries, cakes, hampers, and gifting brand catering to retail customers, corporates, event planners, wedding planners, luxury gifting companies, and hospitality partners. We are expanding our sales team and looking for energetic professionals who can actively generate business opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.

Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive who can proactively identify new business opportunities, follow up with prospective clients, and drive sales growth for Shakkr's premium gifting, festive hampers, sweets, cakes, and corporate gifting solutions.

This is an individual contributor role that requires excellent communication skills, persistence in follow-ups, and a strong sales mindset.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Business DevelopmentIdentify and reach out to potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, LinkedIn, and personal visits.
  • Generate new leads from corporates, event planners, wedding planners, gifting agencies, retail businesses, and institutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship ManagementUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable gifting and confectionery solutions.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Sales ConversionFollow up consistently on inquiries and quotations.
  • Convert leads into confirmed orders.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
  • Coordination & Order ManagementCoordinate with production and operations teams for smooth order execution.
  • Track customer requirements, deliveries, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Market DevelopmentMonitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify opportunities for new product placements and partnerships.
  • Represent Shakkr at exhibitions, events, and promotional activities when required.
  • Candidate ProfileEssential RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Preferred QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Relations, or Retail Sales.
  • Experience in food, gifting, hospitality, luxury retail, FMCG, events, or corporate sales will be an advantage.
