• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through field visits, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Meet customers, understand their requirements, and conduct site visits.
• Explain the benefits of solar energy, cost savings, and available subsidy/finance options.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales.
• Build strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Update customer details and sales progress in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and business networking activities.
• Track market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• EligibilityGraduate, Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's Degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field).
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication and sales interest can also apply.)
• Gender: Male
• English: Basic to Good communication skills.
