Job Description

Position: Civil Engineer – (Construction)

Location: Site Based

Experience: 2–5 Years (Residential/House Construction)

  • Job Responsibilities: Handle complete house construction work from start to finish (A to Z)
  • Perform layout marking, center line, leveling, and site planning
  • Execute work as per approved drawings and plans
  • Supervise foundation, RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and finishing
  • Manage material planning, quantity estimation, and site inventory
  • Supervise contractors, masons, and labor on a daily basis
  • Ensure quality control, safety standards, and timely completion
  • Prepare daily site progress reports and measurements
  • Coordinate with management, consultants, and clients
  • Basic coordination of electrical and plumbing works
  • Required Skills & Knowledge: Strong practical knowledge of residential house construction
  • Experience in layout marking and leveling instruments
  • Good understanding of RCC, shuttering, steel, and concrete works
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural & structural drawings
  • Basic knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and billing
  • Good site management and problem-solving skills
  • Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering OR any civil background.
  • Preferred Candidate: Able to independently handle site work
  • Hands-on experience in residential projects
  • Responsible, honest, and deadline-oriented
