Job Title: Telecalling executive (Female)

Job Description:

 We are hiring female fresher candidates for a Work-from-Office Telecalling executive position. The candidate should be fluent in Malayalam and be comfortable making outbound calls to prospective customers

Requirements:

• Only female candidates
• Only Fresher candidates with no prior work experience
• Must speak Malayalam
• Must have a Android smartphone
• Any education qualification
• Must be able to make customer calls
• Work-from-office role
• No fees or registration charges
• 5 days working (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 25 calls daily to customers/clients
• Provide information and handle basic queries
• Maintain professionalism and accuracy during communication
• Keep simple records as required

HR Interview will be conducted at office location in offline mode only.

Training & Observation (First 10 Days)

• 5 days training + 5 days observation
• Job starts from 11th day (if selected)

Work Rules (After Training & Observation)

• Work timings is from 9:30am to 6pm
• Make 25 calls everyday
• No notice leave → Absent
