Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients and business associates.
• Generate new clients and business opportunities.
• Schedule and attend client meetings to understand customer requirements.
• Promote the company's financial services and explain product offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Achieve monthly business targets and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Maintain records of client interactions, meetings, and leads.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth processing of client requirements.

• Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Business Development.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Target-oriented and confident personality.
