- Perform daily inspection of hotel rooms and public areas.
- Repair electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
- Maintain AC, water pumps, geysers, lighting, and other equipment.
- Attend guest maintenance complaints promptly.
- Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Replace damaged fixtures, switches, bulbs, locks, and fittings.
- Ensure all maintenance work follows safety standards.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office for room readiness.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
- Record all maintenance work in the maintenance logbook.
- Monitor DG set, lift, fire safety, and emergency systems.
- Keep the hotel infrastructure in good working condition at all times.
