Operations Data & Automation Executive (E-commerce)

We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Operations Data & Automation Executive to manage our e-commerce operations data, inventory reports, shipment trackers, and business dashboards.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, Excel, Google Sheets, automation, and AI tools to improve business efficiency.

Our company sells on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, Amazon Now, and other leading marketplaces.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update shipment trackers on a daily basis.
• Download inventory, sales, and operational reports from e-commerce portals.
• Update Google Sheets and Excel dashboards accurately.
• Ensure all trackers remain error-free and up to date.
• Maintain purchase order, dispatch, invoice, inventory, and payment trackers.
• Create Pivot Tables, reports, and business summaries.
• Identify data discrepancies and resolve them proactively.
• Build and improve automated reports using Excel, Google Sheets, AI tools, and Apps Script.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and marketplace teams for accurate reporting.
• Support management with daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
• Continuously improve processes to reduce manual work through automation.
