Job Description

About the role

We are looking for a Machine Operator to work at our manufacturing/dispatch unit. Your job is to mix and prepare our acrylic flooring material using a tinting machine and shaker. No prior knowledge of sports flooring is needed — full training will be given.


What you will do

  • Take buckets of acrylic flooring material and load them into the tinting machine
  • Operate the tinting machine to add the required colour as per order
  • Place the bucket in the shaker machine and run the mixing cycle
  • Remove finished buckets and hand them over for dispatch or storage
  • Keep the machines and work area clean and organised


Who we are looking for

  • Can operate basic machines (training will be provided)
  • Comfortable with physical work (lifting buckets, standing for long hours)
  • Hard working, punctual and reliable
  • 10th pass preferred
  • Preferred: Experience working in a paint factory, coating company, or with tinting/shaker machines.
