BUNDLE MEDIA is a Mumbai-based media company with 30+ team members creating digital content and brand campaigns for YouTube. We work extensively with international creators, especially US-based vloggers and gaming YouTubers. Our vibe: young, collaborative, zero corporate drama.

*Role: Video Editor + Content Creator*  

*Levels: Fresher / Junior / Senior*  

We’re hiring multiple editors who can edit + think story. You won’t just cut clips — you’ll shape narratives for US audiences.

*Key Responsibilities:*  

- Edit raw footage into high-retention YouTube vlogs, gaming videos, Instagram Reels & Shorts from scratch

- Strong storytelling sense: Build hooks, pacing, and emotion arcs that hold US viewers 

- Add music, SFX, transitions, text, and memes that match US gaming/vlogging culture

- Script and structure videos for easy story flow — understand what makes US vlogs binge-worthy

- Work with international creators: Clear spoken English comprehension is a must for client calls/raw footage

- Basic knowledge of US vlogging trends, gaming content, YouTube algorithm, and Gen Z humor

- Collaborate with content team to pitch ideas and improve retention

- Meet daily/weekly deadlines in a fast-paced, 6-day work week environment

*Must-Have Skills:*  

1. *Adobe Premiere Pro* – Proficient. This is non-negotiable

2. *Storytelling & Reel Creation* – Know how to turn boring footage into scroll-stopping content  

3. *US Vlogging/Gaming Awareness* – Understand formats like IRL vlogs, challenge videos, Minecraft/GTA gameplay edits

4. *English Comprehension* – Must understand US-accent spoken English clearly for raw files

5. *YouTube Editing Sense* – Pacing, jump cuts, captions, retention tricks for 10-min+ videos + Shorts

*Good to Have:*  

- After Effects, Photoshop – for motion graphics & thumbnails

- Basic scripting/copywriting for hooks and CTAs

- Experience editing for US/UK clients or gaming channels

*Who Can Apply:*  

*1. Fresher | 0–1 year*  

- Basic Premiere Pro, strong interest in YouTube/gaming content  

- Eager to learn US content style, fast learner

*2. Junior | 1–2 years*  

- Proficient in Premiere Pro, basic After Effects  

- Already editing YouTube vlogs/gaming videos with good retention sense

*3. Senior | 3+ years*  

- Expert in Premiere Pro + After Effects + Photoshop  

- Can handle end-to-end projects, VFX, strong storytelling + client handling

*Key Details:*  

- *Salary:* Up to ₹30,000/month based on skills + performance hikes  

- *Work Days:* 6 days/week  

- *Work Mode:* STRICTLY WORK FROM OFFICE – Andheri West. No remote/hybrid.
