Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Draft engaging press releases, newsletters, blog posts, social media copies, and internal communication materials.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and stakeholders to secure brand coverage.
  • Brand Strategy: Assist in planning, developing, and executing communication and PR campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track media coverage, analyze campaign performance, and compile monthly PR reports.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing press conferences, corporate events, and promotional activities.

Candidate Requirements

Key Skills Needed

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English [and regional language if applicable, e.g., Hindi].
  • Strong understanding of digital media trends, social media algorithms, and public relations.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and basic design tools like Canva (a plus).
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and networking skills.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: [0 - 2 years / Freshers welcome]
