Job Description
We are looking for a talented and passionate Bakery Chef to join our bakery team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing a wide range of high-quality bakery products including breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, muffins, and desserts while maintaining excellent taste, texture, and presentation standards.
The Bakery Chef will manage daily baking operations, ensure proper use of ingredients, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety standards. The role also includes monitoring inventory, maintaining baking equipment, and ensuring timely production to meet customer and business requirements.
The ideal candidate should have experience in bakery or confectionery production, strong knowledge of baking techniques, creativity in recipe preparation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good teamwork, time management, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Candidates with a diploma or certification in Bakery & Confectionery or Culinary Arts will be preferred. Prior experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or Bakery Chef will be considered an added advantage.
