Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and develop insurance advisors/business associates.
Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
Generate life insurance business through advisors and direct customer interactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Conduct sales meetings, field visits, and joint calls with advisors.
Ensure completion of documentation, KYC, and policy issuance processes.
Provide quality after-sales service to policyholders.
