Job Description

  • Explain gold loan products, interest rates, repayment options, and company policies to customers.
  • Assist customers in completing loan application forms and required documentation.
  • Coordinate with appraisal and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
  • Identify and execute gold loan takeover opportunities from banks, NBFCs, jewelers, and other financial institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Follow up with customers regarding renewals, repayments, and overdue accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
