Job Description

Job Title: Supervisor

Organization: Tapasya College

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide maintenance staff.
  • Monitor building maintenance and facility operations.
  • Conduct regular branch visits and inspections.
  • Coordinate repairs, housekeeping, electrical, and plumbing activities.
  • Track staff attendance and salary-related inputs.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of all branches.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate.
  • 5+ years of experience in administration, facilities, or maintenance supervision.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel for branch visits.
