What You'll Be Doing

• Make outbound calls to residential and business customers in Australia / UK / USA.
• Explain product benefits, pricing, and available offers.
• Handle customer objections confidently and professionally.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly Lead/Sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with Team Leaders and Quality Analysts to improve performance continuously.

Who We're Looking For

• Excellent spoken English with a clear and neutral accent.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Australian Energy Sales / Outbound Sales experience.
• Freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable working with Morning / Day / Night Shifts.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to earn performance incentives.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
