Job Overview Panav Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CorelDRAW and experience in designing packaging materials for the FMCG industry. The candidate will also be responsible for creating engaging social media creatives and marketing collaterals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop packaging artwork, labels, cartons, and promotional materials for FMCG products.

• Create innovative social media creatives, digital advertisements, banners, and marketing materials.

• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Coordinate with the marketing, production, and printing teams for artwork finalization.

• Modify and update existing packaging and promotional designs as required.

• Prepare print-ready files and maintain design quality standards.

• Stay updated with industry trends and design best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW (mandatory).

• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Experience in packaging design, especially in the FMCG sector.

• Understanding of print production processes, color management, and packaging specifications.

• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, or Wellness Industry will be an added advantage.

• Experience in designing product labels, medicine packaging, brochures, and promotional materials.

• Knowledge of social media content design and digital marketing creatives.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of relevant graphic design experience.

• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design and branding projects.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
