Job Description
- Submission, Collection of required documents as and when necessary, before the defined timeline with Shipping Lines, Liner Offices, Customers, Vendors etc...
- Maintaining physical filing systems, including updating paperwork.
- Scanning, photocopying, organizing physical documents for storage.
- Handling outgoing/incoming letters, packages, and courier services.
- Ensure completion of other assignments as and when required.
- Managing, sorting, and distributing incoming, outgoing packages.
- Greeting visitors, clients, and vendors, and managing the reception area.
- Ordering, receiving, and stocking office supplies and breakroom inventory.
- Maintaining, cleaning, office equipment (copiers, printers).
- Organizing common areas, including conference rooms and kitchens.
- Assisting with planning company events or conferences.
