Job Opening: Sales Executive – Real EstateLocation: Thane / Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 2–3 Years
Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales Executive with proven experience in both B2B (Developer Relations) and B2C (Individual Customer Sales) within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have experience handling leads from property portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, and converting inquiries into successful sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Sales (Developers & Channel Partners)
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with developers for project inventory, pricing, offers, and marketing support.
- Identify and onboard new developer projects for sales and promotional activities.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with developers to establish long-term business relationships.
B2C Sales (Individual Buyers & Investors)
- Handle customer inquiries received through property portals, digital campaigns, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations, arrange site visits, and manage the sales process from inquiry to closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, including both B2B and B2C sales exposure.
- Strong experience dealing with real estate developers, builders, investors, and individual homebuyers.
- Hands-on experience handling leads from 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, and other lead-generation platforms.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Preferred SkillsFluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Understanding of Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) real estate market.
- Experience in residential, commercial, and investment property sales.
CompensationSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and capabilities)
