Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates from ITIs, training institutes, placement cells, NGOs, and job fairs.
- Conduct field visits and build relationships with placement officers.
- Mobilize candidates for interviews and coordinate recruitment drives.
- Screen candidates and maintain recruitment records.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets.
Requirements:
- Any Degree/Diploma.
- 0–3 years of recruitment, field sales, or mobilization experience.
- Good communication and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel across Chennai and nearby districts.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
