Job Description
HR Responsibilities:
Manage daily attendance, leave, late coming, missing punches, and OT reports.
Verify and process leave, Comp Off, salary advance, and loan requests.
Maintain HRMS (employee records, attendance, leave, shifts, and salary updates).
Prepare monthly payroll and coordinate with Accounts.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Prepare and issue HR letters (Offer, Appointment, Experience, Relieving, Warning, etc.).
Coordinate employee performance awards with Department Heads and vendors.
Support recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by Management.
Admin Responsibilities:
Monitor office, warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping.
Ensure availability of pantry, drinking water, medicines, and office essentials.
Coordinate maintenance, AMC services, vendors, and facility repairs.
Maintain company assets, accommodation, vehicles, uniforms, and admin records.
Verify vendor bills and coordinate payment processing with Finance.
Monitor contracts, agreements, insurance, and compliance renewals.
Record monthly electricity meter readings and maintain utility reports.
Prepare daily admin status reports and handle employee facility requests.
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by Management.
